For 25 years I've worked inside organizations, as a people leader for 20 of them, partnering with teams to navigate growth, lead change, and build the conditions where performance actually improves.

I've worked inside large enterprises and high-growth organizations, and I especially enjoy lean teams where work moves fast and impact is easy to measure. Twenty-five years across sales, delivery, technical, and leadership functions means I connect context quickly, and having been the client myself, I know what good partnership actually looks like.

How I Work

Coaching & Leadership Advisory​

Good coaching starts with connection. Mine comes from 25 years of operating experience across functions, levels, and types of organizations, which tends to make the conversations feel familiar fast.

I'm also certified in Hogan and EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360, robust tools that surface patterns, build awareness, and generate insights. I use them for leadership and team development, onboarding key hires, high-potential talent, and supporting strong performers through demanding seasons. My preference is development over screening.

I've designed, built, measured, and delivered capability programs across leadership, onboarding, sales, and culture, at every level and scale. We'll talk first, then build what's needed and even explore what you need beyond the training to create the conditions that make things stick on the job.

Getting performance right is more straightforward than most people think, if you know where to look. Pull one lever in isolation and the gains rarely last. I've spent more than two decades helping leaders see the whole system, using proven frameworks to find where to focus and take action that actually holds.

I use AI in my own work every day and help leaders and teams figure out where it realistically fits. The technology is rarely the hardest part. Deciding why you're using it and creating the conditions for people to work alongside it is where the effort goes.
