My name is Corrado Chiaramida. I'll help you with the first part: it's koh-RAH-doh. I'll reveal the other part when we connect live! For 25 years I've worked inside organizations, as a people leader for 20 of them, partnering with teams to navigate growth, lead change, and build the conditions where performance actually improves.

I've worked inside large enterprises and high-growth companies, and I especially enjoy working with owners and lean teams where decisions move fast and impact is close to the people making them. I connect context quickly across sales, delivery, technical, and leadership functions, and I've been the client sitting across from outside partners too. I know what good looks like: flexibility, responsiveness, real partnership, and just enough honest challenge to make things better.

I don't add overhead. I get in, work with you to understand what's really happening, and build what's needed, whether that's a capability program, coaching, or a combination of things - all aimed at keeping your people infrastructure in step with where you're going.

How I Work

Coaching & Leadership Advisory​

My coaching comes from operating life, not a textbook. That distinction matters. Twenty-five years working inside organizations, across functions and levels of leadership, means I understand what clients are actually navigating. The pressures feel familiar. The trade-offs make sense. That kind of connection doesn't just make conversations easier; it's often what makes the coaching work.

I blend coaching with leadership advisory, so some sessions we explore, some we decide, some we just solve something in real time. I'm also certified in Hogan and EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360. I use assessments when they're useful, not because they exist. If you already have tools in-house, I'll help you turn those insights into something you can actually use, rather than a very thorough PDF no one opens.

Training & Capability Development

I don't walk in assuming training is the answer. We talk first. Then we build what's needed, and we build in the conditions that help new behaviour actually stick. The focus is on capability that transfers to real work: leadership, onboarding, sales, talent, and culture, including off-sites and working sessions that do real work and not just flip charts and Post-its.

Workforce Performance & Organizational Effectiveness

Getting performance right, whether you're fixing something or building on what's already working, is more straightforward than most people think - if you know where to look. Pull one lever in isolation and the gains rarely last; something else shifts eventually. I've spent more than two decades helping leaders see the whole system, using proven frameworks like The Six Boxes Model to find where to focus and take purposeful action that actually holds.

AI & Digital Enablement

I spend time exploring and learning about where humans and technology actually work well together. I try to think clearly about where AI fits inside an organization: the strategy, the org design implications, and how people actually adopt new ways of working.

I use AI in my own work every day. I also help leaders and teams figure out where it realistically fits, because the technology is rarely the hardest part. Deciding why you're using it, creating the conditions for it, and how people will work alongside it: that's the real work.
