For more than 25 years, I’ve worked inside organizations, partnering with people to navigate growth, lead meaningful change, and create environments where people and performance can thrive, all grounded in real experience.
I’ve worked in large enterprises and high-growth teams, as well as with smaller, owner-led businesses. I especially enjoy partnering with owners and lean teams where the work is close to the people, decisions move quickly, and the impact is real.
I use proven methods in practical, real-world ways and I connect context quickly because I’ve worked closely with sales, delivery, technical, and leadership teams. I’ve also been the client working with outside partners, so I know what “good” looks like: flexibility, responsiveness, real partnership, and just the right amount of constructive challenge to make things better.
Clients work with me to simplify complexity, focus on what matters most, and build solutions that create sustained performance. Not theory and not one-off fixes.

Getting more specific about my work
Coaching & Leadership Advisory
My coaching work comes from real operating life, not theory. I started working with external coaches while leading inside large organizations, as I supported internal clients, long before coaching became my “thing.” Slowly, it's changed how I work and how I lead. Over time I completed formal ICF training, and coaching is now a core part of how I support others.
Inner Clarity & Leadership Coach
This is probably the best way to describe my coaching. I blend ICF coaching with leadership advisory. But my coaching is not just for corporate leaders. I help people look inward with clarity and honesty, and turn that into healthier leadership, better relationships, and stronger performance. Sometimes we explore. Sometimes we decide. Sometimes we problem-solve in the moment. The point is to support people in the real world they’re working in, not in an idealized one.
I’m also certified in Hogan and EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360. I use assessments when they help, not because they exist. And if you already have tools from your organization, I help turn those insights into useful action instead of another PDF.



Training & Capability Development
I’ve built teams, built programs, and helped people get better at the work they actually do. Some of it has won awards! More importantly, it’s helped people perform better in real jobs, not just in workshops.
I don’t walk in assuming training is the answer. We talk first. We understand what’s really happening. Then we build what’s needed, whether that’s training alone or training supported by the conditions that help new behaviour stick.
Most of my work is about creating training that people actually use, especially in the moments where getting it right really matters. That includes leadership, onboarding, talent, and culture development, as well as off-sites and working sessions that do real work, not just flip charts and activities.
Workforce Performance & Organizational Effectiveness
Performance issues almost never come from one thing. Most organizations try to “fix” a piece of the problem and accidentally create another one. I help leaders get to the root causes and take purposeful action that drives lasting change.
For more than two decades, I’ve used frameworks like The Six Boxes Model (Gilbert) to help organizations get clearer about expectations, support people properly, build capability, and communicate change in a way humans can actually work with. Just work on what’s really driving performance.
Artificial Intelligence & Digital Enablement
My interest isn't "AI hype." I care about where humans and technology actually work well together, and after completing executive education in AI and Digital Transformation (MIT), I feel clearer about this direction.
I use AI in my own work to think better, move faster, and deliver smarter. I also help leaders and teams figure out where AI realistically fits. The technology is usually not the hardest part. Deciding why you’re using it, where it belongs, and how people will work with it. That’s the real work.
