Tripartite Meetings
Three-way sessions with coach, client, and a key stakeholder — manager, HR partner, or sponsor. Aligns individual development goals with organizational context and keeps accountability shared with the people who matter.
Workshop Sessions
Focused working sessions on a specific leadership challenge, skill, or business problem — built around your context, not off-the-shelf content. Available as a 1:1 deep dive or group facilitation for small teams (3+).
Assessments
Validated psychometric tools with a certified debrief session — not just a report, but a structured conversation about what the data means for the work. EQi-2.0 (emotional intelligence) and Hogan Leadership Series (personality, risk, and values)
Organizational Reporting
Aggregate insights and coaching themes shared with HR or executive sponsors — without compromising individual confidentiality. Useful for lean teams tracking development ROI across multiple engagements.
How this Works
Session length and structure
Most sessions are 60 minutes, focused and grounded in real work. Where it helps, I'll share tools or reflection prompts between sessions. Light touch, not homework.
Flexible payments
For clients who are self-funding, flexible payment options are available. Reduced rates and a limited number of pro-bono spaces are offered based on availability. Connect with me to discuss.
Monthly coaching (minimum term)
The three-month minimum exists to create real traction, not to lock you in. After that it moves to flexible monthly continuity with no long-term commitment.
Scheduling and cancellations
Sessions are scheduled collaboratively. Reschedules are fine with reasonable notice. We'll agree on what works for both of us.
