For teams who need a program designed, developed, and prepared for real delivery. Not just conceptually sound, but practical to run and deliver impact.
The work includes focused discovery and collaboration to design a structured learning experience aligned to your context, audience, and constraints. Materials are developed in your brand, with clarity on how the program is meant to be delivered and supported.
You’ll receive a complete, ready-to-use program with clear facilitation guidance and a clean handoff for internal delivery.

Scope typically covers full development of one-day instructor-led programs or storyboarding of web-based modules up to ~45 minutes. More complex programs are scoped separately.

Team Lab
A purposeful offsite or team session to create alignment, clarity, and progress
Designed for teams that need focused time together to reset direction, build alignment, and move forward on what matters most.
The work includes thoughtful design and preparation of the session, close collaboration with leaders and contributors, and facilitation that keeps the conversation grounded, productive, and outcomes focused. Attention is given to the flow of the session, roles in the room, and how the work carries forward after the day itself.
You’ll leave with shared clarity, concrete next steps, and momentum that extends beyond the session.

Before we do anything, we’ll make sure we fully understand your needs, where you are today, and what success actually looks like. My approach is practical and grounded in reality, helping you move from A to B, ready for C, not aiming “A to Z” overnight.

Working with me is meant to be easy
I’ve led transformation, HR, learning, performance, and growth work for 15+ years. If you don’t have strong project management internally, I can build transparency, structure, and rhythm into the work at no extra cost.
*What I mean by "program"
This can include training, onboarding, leadership development, talent programs, performance management, enablement initiatives, or even a business process challenge. If it touches how people perform, learn, grow, or execute - it’s in scope.
**Virtual or in-person
We can work virtually or I can embed with your team when it makes sense. Travel and expenses are handled separately and agreed ahead of time. Greater Toronto Area in-person can be flexible.
Responsible use of AI
AI may be used to support brainstorming or light editing, but I never upload or expose confidential, internal, or proprietary client content. All design, thinking, recommendations, and deliverables are created by me and tailored to your organization.
