Coaching Skills that Strengthen Leadership
Exploring the practical application of coaching to improve performance and support growth

Coaching means different things to different people. Most of us have experienced some form of it, whether in work, sport, or life. In the right context, and when applied skillfully, coaching can have a meaningful impact on performance, development, and engagement.
This program introduces leaders to practical, non-directive coaching skills they can use in real workplace conversations. It draws on established International Coaching Federation (ICF) principles, combined with 25+ years of corporate experience in leadership development and direct people leadership across industries.
The focus is not on turning leaders into coaches. It is on helping leaders use coaching approaches intentionally to support accountability, capability, and better outcomes.
